Gladiator Duel and Joust Hire and Rental

On the Gladiator Duel, 2 contenders go head to head to see who can be the first one to knock their opponent off the pedestal using the foam pugil sticks. All players wear padded helmets whilst using the Gladiator Duel which is based on the famous TV programme.

Altitude’s Gladiator Duel Hire service is based in Sussex but regularly supplies Inflatables such as the Gladiator Joust to venues and events in Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Essex, London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. All Gladiator Duel hire packages are provided with a member of staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained), £10 million PLI and full risk assessments.

Our Gladiator Duel can be played by adults and children alike, although the minimum age is 8yrs old and for safety reasons, players must take on someone of a similar size to them. Our Gladiator Joust hire service is suitable for Corporate Events, Family Fundays, Company BBQs, Fetes, Town Shows, Scout/Guide Camps, Schools and Private Parties.

The Gladiator Duel will require a normal mains plug socket. Where one is not available we can run the Gladiator Joust from one of our generators (for an additional charge). All electrical items are fully PAT tested and the inflatable itself has an annual safety test certificate. The inflatable requires a flat area of grass or indoor space of 9m x 9m with at least 3m headroom. Due to the size and weight of the Gladiator Joust inflatable (rolled up it’s about 1m high and 1m round), please contact us in advance with any possible access problems such as stairs, narrow doorways or gates, etc. As with all of our inflatable activities, the Gladiator Duel is supplied with a staff member to oversee its use so we do not do overnight hires. Outdoor bookings only available between mid-April and mid-October inclusive.

Additional Notes For outdoor bookings, we require a flat area of short cut grass and cannot operate on hard standing or gravel. For indoor bookings we will require access for the Inflatable which needs to be wheeled into place on a trolley and will be 1m tall and 1m round.
