Altitude Events now hire top of the range Vision Racer style Racing Simulators that can be set up for multiplayer simulator racing at indoor events.
The Multiplayer Racing Simulators can be linked up to play against each other on a head to head basis or they can be set up to each run different games so you can have a variety of disciplines represented including F1, Race, Rally and Sports Cars. Each Multiplayer Racing Simulator has a real racing seat, steering wheel (with force feedback function), pedals, gearstick, 40″ HD flat screen monitor and a full onboard surround sound system including a Bass kicker mounted to the seat to emphasis the feel of the driving experience. We can set the Racing Simulators up for head to head multiplayer racing or best lap times. The Racing Sims have a massive range of vehicles and tracks (including the Top Gear test track) to satisfy most requests. All Racing Simulator hire packages include a Top Gear style scoreboard if required as well for no additional fee.
Multiplayer Racing Simulators are supplied fully staffed, with £10 million PLI and full risk assessment. Racing Simulators are perfect for indoor Evening Events, Black-tie Dinners, Christmas Parties, Weddings, Fundays, Promotions, Trade Shows, Exhibitions and just about any other type of event that you can think of! The Multiplayer Racing Simulators can also be hired on their own as a single unit which suits smaller spaces or small scale events and also works well on Exhibition and Trade Show Stands.
Altitude Events hire Racing Simulators to events and venues in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and London.
The Multiplayer Racing Simulators require a mains power supply and are very heavy to move so we require decent access for a large trolley (185cm long and 86cm wide) and need to be notified in advance of any steps, lifts, narrow doorways, tight turns or long distances to move the equipment from where we can unload the van. Some game options will require wifi to work. There are no age limits to use the Racing Simulators but players must be able to reach the steering wheels and pedals from the seat so realistically you are looking at 1.3m tall as a minimum. To hire a pair of Racing Simulators you will require at least 6’6′” x 13’2″ x 6’6″/2m x 4m x 2m (per Simulator) of flat undercover space for us to set up in. The unit is large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated setup routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.
Yes, the Racing Simulators requires two mains power sockets.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including screens, speakers, console, games, cables and operator.
Depending on the ease of access, the Racing Simulators will take our staff approximately an hour to an hour and a half to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.
We will tailor-make each Racing Simulators hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Racing Simulators hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Racing Simulators attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
