Axe and Knife Throwing is one of our newest activities! With a range of different Axes and Knives to try our instructors will develop peoples technique in a safe and informative way. All sessions start with a safety briefing before participants begin throwing the training “angel” axes. With experience they will then move onto the trickier knives and finally the Norse tomahawks.
Axe Throwing is a great all year round activity suitable for Corporate Events, School Activity Days, Stag and Hen groups, Scout and Guide camps plus Private Parties.
From Altitude’s base on the Surrey/Sussex border, our instructors can bring this fantastic sport to all counties throughout the Southeast including East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hampshire, London, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
Altitudes Mobile Axe Throwing hire service includes fully trained instructors (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained), top-quality axes and knives, targets, mini marquee, £10 million PLI and all safety equipment required. For 2 throwing lanes we require an open area of short cut grass 99′ x 99’/30m x 30m to set up in. The minimum age to participate is 10yrs old.Get a Quote

As much as it sounds like it might be a dangerous activity, the sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff members (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the activities on Monday and Tuesday. The organisation and knowledge of the coaches was excellent and the activities themselves were brilliant. The children haven't stopped talking about it and thoroughly enjoyed it (as did the adults!). Please pass on our thanks to all involved and we hope to use your comapnay again soon.Mari Leeshman, Primary School Activity Days, Kent
