Our striking Event Tent is truly multi-purpose – Not only does the Tent act as a shelter from the sun or rain but its also an eye-catching item that really stands out and draws attention wherever it is used. The Event Tent has been used to house our own hire activities as well as being used as a DJ booth, refreshment station, registration tent and simply as a bag drop so it really can be used for pretty much anything!
The Event Tent is a small but valuable addition to any event but which is particularly great for Corporate Events, Company BBQs, Family Fundays, Fetes, Private Parties and Promotional Events.
The Event Tent is available to hire from Altitude Events for events and venues throughout the Southeast including East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and London.
The Event Tent can only be set up on flat grass as we need to anchor it to the ground with pegs so it is not available for events indoors or outside on hard standing surfaces. It is only available to hire alongside other activities and is not available for overnight rentals. Can the Event Tent operate in bad weather?
The Event Tent can be used in wet weather to store items as above. As with all Inflatables, we need to stop operating if wind speed exceeds 24mph.
Yes, it can but it will need a relatively flat area of grass. It cannot be used on hard standing for H&S reasons as we cannot secure it to the ground properly.
No, it cannot be used indoors.
No, the Event Tent does not require a mains power supply.
Other than a patch of ground to set up on, we supply everything required to set up the Event Tent.
Depending on the ease of access, the Event Tent will take our staff approximately an hour to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the Event Tent throughout your event.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request).
We will tailor-make each Event Tent hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Event Tent hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event.
The quote we send to you is all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Event Tent attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
