About the Inflatable Horses

How many people can play on the Inflatable Horses?

The Inflatable Horses can take up to four players at a time, one per horse, but can eaily work as a relay race for many more!

Can anyone use the Inflatable Horses?

Players must be of adult age due to the size of the Horses.  Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused.

Can the Inflatable Horses operate in bad weather?

The Inflatable Horses can be used in wet weather provided that the ground conditions do not become too slippery to operate it safely.  As with all Inflatables we need to stop operating if wind speed exceeds 24mph.

What you need

Can the Inflatable Horses be used outside?

Yes they can but it will need a relatively flat area of grass. As with all Inflatables it cannot be used on hard standing for H&S reasons. The Horses requires an area of 10m x 20m. We need suitable access to the operating area from where we can unload the van.  We only operate Inflatables outside between April and the middle of October as ground and weather conditions are not usually suitable for them over the Winter months.

Can the Inflatable Horses be used indoors?

The Inflatable Horses are suitable for Indoor events and require 10m x 20m of space.  Suitable access is required.

Does the Inflatable Horses require a power supply?

Yes, the inflatable requires one mains power socket within 50m of the set up area. Please note that our extension cables cannot run across roadways, paths or busy open public areas where they will become a trip hazard. For outdoor events where a power supply is unavailable, Altitude Events can supply a generator on prior request (this is subject to a small additional cost).

Do I need to supply anything or do the Inflatable Horses come with everything they need?

Other than a patch of ground to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including the inflatables, cones, ancillary equipment, bunting and referee.

How long do the Inflatable Horses take to set up?

Depending on ease of access, the equipment will take our staff approximately between half hour and an hour to set up.

Safety

Do the Inflatable Horses come with someone to run the activity?

Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the Inflatables throughout your event. They will give all players a detailed briefing of how the game works and run each game for you.

How safe are the Inflatable Horses?

Sessions/Races are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request).

Prices/Options

How much does it cost to hire the Inflatable Horses?

We will tailor make each Inflatable Horses hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Inflatables hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event.

Are there any additional costs?

The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.

How do I book?

Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment.  We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Are there options to customize our hire to advertise a product or event?

Staff uniform can certainly be tailored to advertise a chosen product or event and f you do have any other specific ideas please do get in touch and we can see how we can help!

How far will Altitude travel for an event?

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event.  However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Inflatalbe Horses attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.  Please contact us for further information if this is something that you would be interested in.

Altitude Events are completely mobile.
