Inflatable Shooting Gallery Hire and Rental

Altitude Events now have an Inflatable Multi-Use Shooting Gallery available for hire. The Inflatable Multi-Use Shooting Gallery is the perfect rental activity for Family Fundays, Private Parties, Council Events, Charity Events and just about anything else you can think of!

The Inflatable Multi-Use Shooting Gallery package includes an inflatable surround, floating target balls and a range of weaponry including NERF foam guns and Mini-Crossbows.

The Inflatable Multi-Use Shooting Gallery will be overseen by an operator (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) and be covered under our £10 million PLI policy with risk assessments.

The minimum age to use the Multi-Use Shooting Gallery varies depending on usage and weaponry chosen. NERF guns are 8yrs and above whilst Crossbows are 6yrs and above. As with all of our Inflatables the Multi-Use Shooting Gallery has an annual safety certificate and the electrical items are PAT tested.

The Inflatable Multi-Use Shooting Gallery is available for hire to events and venues in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, Essex, London and Buckinghamshire.

The Multi-Use Shooting Gallery requires 6.5m x 5m of flat grass or indoor space. The Inflatable Shooting Gallery will require a mains power supply for the blower or we can provide a generator for an additional fee. As the Inflatable Multi-Use Shooting Gallery  is always supplied with an operator, we do not offer overnight rentals.

How many people can play on the Shooting Gallery?

This depends on the setup and whether Nerf/Crossbows are used.

Can anyone use the Shooting Gallery?

Players must be eight years of age or over of Nerf Guns and six years of age and over for Crossbows. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused on.

Can the Shooting Gallery operate in bad weather?

The Shooting Gallery can be used in wet weather within reason. As with all Inflatables we need to stop operating if wind speed exceeds 24mph.

What you need

Can the Shooting Gallery be used outside?

Yes it can but it will need a relatively flat area of grass. As with all Inflatables it cannot be used on hard standing for H&S reasons as we cannot secure it to the ground properly. The Shooting Gallery requires an area of 5m x 6.5m with at least 2.5m headroom. The inflatable rolled up is 1.5m high and 1m round so suitable access is required for that from where we can unload the van.  We only operate Inflatables outside between April and the middle of October as ground and weather conditions are not usually suitable for them over the Winter months.

Can the Shooting Gallery be used indoors?

The Shooting Gallery is suitable for Indoor events and requires 5m x 6.5m of space with 2.5m headroom.  Suitable access is required as the inflatable rolled up is 1.5m high so any doorways or corridors must allow for this and we need to know in advance if there are any steps in our set up route.

Does the Shooting Gallery Practice require a power supply?

Yes, the inflatable requires one mains power socket within 50m of the set up area. Please note that our extension cables cannot run across roadways, paths or busy open public areas where they will become a trip hazard. For outdoor events where a power supply is unavailable, Altitude Events can supply a generator on prior request (this is subject to a small additional cost).

Do I need to supply anything or does the Shooting Gallery come with everything it needs?

Other than a patch of ground to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including the inflatable, Nerf Guns and Crossbows, ancillary equipment, bunting and operator.

How long does the Shooting Gallery take to set up?

Depending on ease of access, the Inflatable will take our staff approximately an hour to set up.

Safety

Does the Shooting Gallery come with someone to run the activity?

Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the Inflatable throughout your event. They will give all players a detailed briefing of how the equipment works and run it for you.

How safe is the Shooting Gallery?

Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). The Inflatable has an annual safety certificate and all electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.

Prices/Options

How much does it cost to hire the Shooting Gallery?

We will tailor make each Shooting Gallery hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Inflatable hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event.

Are there any additional costs?

The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.

How do I book?

Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment.  We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Are there options to customize our hire to advertise a product or event?

Staff uniform can certainly be tailored to advertise a chosen product or event and f you do have any other specific ideas please do get in touch and we can see how we can help!

How far will Altitude travel for an event?

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event.  However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Shooting Gallery attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.  Please contact us for further information if this is something that you would be interested in.
