Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting is an electronic version of the popular country sport of Clay Pigeon Shooting and its one of our favourite activities. Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting uses real (but de-activated) shotguns and players shoot laser beams at plastic discs fired from a trap. The discs are then collected and re-used so no waste is left on the ground. The Laser Clay discs have electronic strips on them to record hits which register on the scoreboard. Each set of Laser Clays can operate with up to 5 people shooting at once. Should you wish, you can hire 2 sets of Laser Clays together to produce a 10 gun Laser Clay Shooting set up for larger-scale events.
Altitude Events now operate a brand new state of the art MK 3 Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting system for improved reliability which features 4 different game modes. We can set the trap up to allow various types of shooting experiences dependant on the space and time available. Laser Clay Shooting hire is a great year-round activity for events of all kinds – Corporate Events, Teambuilding Days, Family Fundays, Multi-Activity Away Days, School and College Activity Days, Village Fetes and Country Shows, Scout and Guide Camps, Private Parties and just about anything else too.
Our Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting hire package comes complete with a fully trained instructor to run the shooting session. Also included in the hire costs is a mini marquee and bunting to cordon off the area, £10 million PLI and risk assessments.
From our base on the Surrey/Sussex border, Altitude Events Laser Clay Shooting hire service is available throughout the Southeast to Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, London, Hampshire, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
There is no specific age limit to use the Laser Clays but shooters must be able to hold the gun to their shoulder which usually means around 1.25m tall and above to play. Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting can only take place on grass and not hard standing and we require 131’3″ x 82’1″ x 32’9″/40m x 25m x 10m of open space to set up in.

Players need to be 1.25m tall and be able to hold the guns. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused on.

Depending on the ease of access, the Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting will take our staff approximately an hour to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request).
We will tailor-make each Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
