Pool Tables are an all-time Pub Games favourite and can now be hired from Altitude Events alongside a wide range of other popular Pub Games – Table Football, Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Bar Skittles, Skittles/Bowling, Double Hoop Basketball and Connect 4.
The Pool-Table that we hire is a top quality 7ft commercial unit finished in an elegant American style with a stylish leather look top rail with white sites, allowing you to spot perfect angles. The incredibly sturdy leg structure, combined with the high quality chrome adjusting feet, provide excellent stability and a level playing field. In addition the Pool Table is fitted with professional, highly responsive rubber cushions that produce excellent ball rebound.
Pool Table hire and our Pub Games packages are perfect for Corporate Events, Evening Events, Parties, Family Fundays, Weddings and Christmas Parties.
Although based out of East Sussex, Altitude Events Pool Table and Pub Games hire packages are available for hire throughout the Southeast to West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, London, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Pool Table and Pub Games hire packages include £10 million PLI and risk assessments.
If you would like to hire the Pool Table it will require a flat undercover area of 3.5m x 4.5m. Due to the size and weight of the Pool-Table it will need to be wheeled into place on a trolley so please contact us in advance of a booking with any possible access problems such as stairs, steps, narrow doorways, gates, etc. Players must be over 10yrs old.
Please note that we have a minimum hire fee of £400 + VAT so we usually only hire these games as part of packages rather than individually.

The Pool Table is a two to four player game, dependent on the game selected.
Players must be tall enough to play. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused on.
The Pool Table is not suitable for outdoor events.
The Pool Table is suitable for Indoor events. It requires 3.5m x 4.5m of space. The unit is large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated set up routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.
No, the Pool Table does not require a mains power supply.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game.
Depending on ease of access, the Pool Table will take our staff approximately 15mins to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.
We will tailor make each Pool Table hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Pool Table hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Pool Table attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London. Altitude Events are completely mobile.
