Arcade Games Machine hire is a perfect accompaniment for Corporate Events, Evening Events, Parties, Family Fundays and Christmas Parties. As it only has a small footprint, the Games Machine is perfect for use on Trade Show Stands and at Exhibitions where space is always at a premium. Our Arcade Machines are also perfect for those Retro Themed Events which seem to be more popular as time goes on.
Although based on the Surrey/Sussex border, the Retro Games Machine is available for hire throughout the Southeast to East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, London, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. All Arcade Games Machine hire packages include £10 million PLI and risk assessments.
The Retro Arcade Games Machine will plug into a normal mains plug socket and as with all of our hire equipment, the unit is fully PAT tested. If you would like to hire the Retro Arcade Games Machine it will require a flat undercover area of 3’3″ x 6’6″ x 6’6″/1m x 2m x 2m. Due to the size and weight of the Games Machine, it will need to be wheeled into place on its trolley, please contact us in advance of booking with any possible access problems such as stairs, steps, narrow doorways, gates, etc. Players must be tall enough to reach all the buttons to play.

The Arcade Machine is a one or two-player game, dependent on the game selected.
Players must be tall enough to play. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused on.

The Arcade Machine is suitable for Indoor events. Please see specifications tab for unit and space dimensions. The unit is large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated setup routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.
Yes, Arcade Machines require a mains power supply.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including cables and an operator.
Depending on the ease of access, the Arcade Machine will take our staff approximately 15mins to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.
We will tailor-make each Arcade Machine hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Arcade Machine hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Arcade Machines attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London. Please contact us for further information if this is something that you would be interested in.
