We have a wide range of games and songs to play on Rock Band so we can find something from everyone’s era and for everyone’s ability level. Our Rock Band hire packages to come complete with 47″ screens (or 2m x 2m projection screens if preferred), external amp/speakers and attractive purpose-built stands, these are professionally specified units with 5′ high mounted screens for the optimum game playing experience.
Our Rock Band hire packages all to include a member of staff to operate and oversee them on the rental as well as everything else that is needed to run Rock Band including £10 million PLI and risk assessments.
Rock Band is the perfect activity to hire for any Evening or Indoor event and can be played by adults or children alike. Not only does Rock Band provide great fun for the players using it but its also a very good activity for spectators! Rock Band can be played by up to 7 players at a time. There is 1x drummer, 2x guitarists, 1x keyboard player and 3x microphones.
Players must be the age rating of the games used but we suggest at least 8yrs and over due to the difficulty. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused on.

Rock Band is suitable for Indoor events. It requires 3m x 4.5m of space. The unit is large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated set up routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.
Yes, Rock Band requires one mains power socket.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including screen, speakers, console, games, cables and operator.
Depending on ease of access, Rock Band will take our staff approximately an hour to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.
We will tailor make each Rock Band hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. Rock Band’s hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Dance Mats attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
