Softball is a popular variant of baseball played all over the world. Whilst the fundamentals of softball are the same as those of baseball, the length of game and field size are dramatically smaller allowing it to be played over a shorter period of time and in smaller parks and open spaces.
With teams of up to 10 players, unlike in baseball, the ‘pitch’ is all underarm opening up the participation to many more players to come and have a go whether they have previous experience or not.
Please note that we have a minimum hire fee of £400 + VAT so we usually only hire these games as part of packages rather than individually.

Softball can be played in teams of up to 10 pleayers each.
Players of all ages can play. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused on.
Softball is suitable for outdoor events and requires 85m x 85m of flat open space.
No, Softball cannot be used indoors.
No, Softball does not require a mains power supply.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game.
Depending on ease of access, Softball will take our staff approximately 15mins to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request).
We will tailor make each Softball hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Softball hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Softball attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London. Please contact us for further information if this is something that you would be interested in.
