No matter what sort of Multi Activity Away Day or Team-Building Event that you are looking for, Altitude Events can provide something to suit your requirements, whatever they may be.  Our Teambuilding days can be run from a wide range of session plans and activity choices.  With our Team Building Activities ranging from motorised activities like the Powerturn off Road Buggies or Blindfold Driving and inflatables such as Human Table Football right through to our own Initiative and Team Challenges we have something for everyone and every budget.  And as Altitude Events own and run the equipment directly, you are not paying an agents fee which keeps your costs down to a minimum as well as guaranteeing what will actually turn up on the day.

Altitude Events work with a wide range of venues throughout the Southeast and further afield and can arrange for pretty much any activity to be selected in your Team Building Day.  Although based on the Surrey/Sussex border, Altitude Events provide Team Building Activity Days throughout East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, Surrey, London, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

Altitude’s Team Building Activities can fill whole days or shorter periods if necessary, they can be held indoors or outside, tailored to be competitive or just about having fun, the choice is completely yours!  Please contact us for more information and we can work out a bespoke plan to suit your requirements, whatever they may be.

As well as offering Team Building Activity Days for Corporate Events and adult clients, Altitude Events also provide specifically tailored Team Building Activities for young people in Schools (both Primary and Secondary), Colleges, Scouts, Guides and other Youth Organisations.

All our Team Building Activity Days will be covered under our £10 million PLI policy with full risk assessments.  Staff will be CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained.

About our Team Building Sessions

How many people can take part in a Team Building Event?

We usually have teams of 6 – 10 people per team and we can happily run Team Building Events for up to 120 people.

Can anyone take part in a Team Building Event?

Yes!  Whilst some of the activities can be physical there are also many that are not, so people can choose which ones to take part in during the event and we can tailor make the format for the event suit the group/participants attending.  We generally run Team Building Events for 6th formers and adult groups although we could tailor one for younger children over 8yrs old if needed.

Can a Team Building Event operate in bad weather?

Some Inflatables cannot be used in wet weather as the inflatable becomes too slippery to operate it safely.  In which case we may need to adapt the game selection slightly to allow us to carry on running the event.  As with all Inflatables we need to stop operating if wind speed exceeds 24mph.

What you need

What space do you need to run a Team Building Event?

Inflatables cannot be used outside on hard standing for H&S reasons as we cannot secure them to the ground properly. We would, therefore, need a large area of flat grass to set up on with direct vehicle access for the vans.  We could look at running a version indoors if you had a large space such as a warehouse, exhibition hall or maybe a large Sports Centre or we could fit some smaller games into smaller indoor space as well.   Some Team Building sessions will be able to run on hard standing but it will reduce the session choice slightly.

When do you run Team Building Events?

We run Team Building sessions throughout the year however during the Winter months the activity selection may be reduced due to the weather and ground conditions.

Do the activities require a power supply?

Most of our traditional Team Building Events do not require a power supply but a few of the Inflatable ones will need power. For outdoor events where a power supply is unavailable, Altitude Events can supply generators on prior request (this is subject to a small additional cost).

Do I need to supply anything or does your Team Building package come with everything it needs?

Other than a venue to set up on, we supply everything required to run the games.  We would suggest you got a supply of water/soft drinks for your participants if it’s a long event or in the heat of the Summer.

How long does a Team Building Event take to set up and run?

Depending on ease of access, the event will take our staff between 1 and 3 hours to set up.  We usually suggest 1 to 3hrs as a good event length to give some variety but every event is different so please contact us and we will try and put together a package to suit your needs.

Safety

Do the games come with staff to run the activities?

Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the games throughout your event. They will give all players a detailed briefing of how the zone works and run/score the games for you.

How safe are Team Building Events?

Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff members (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments. All our Inflatables have an annual safety test carried out and all electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.

Prices/Options

How much does it cost to book a Team Building Event?

We will tailor make each Team Building quote to the specifics of an enquiry dependent on factors such as your venue address, date of hire, number of participants, space available and type of space, etc.

Are there any additional costs?

The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.

How do I book?

Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment.  We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Are there options to customize our hire to advertise a product or event?

Staff uniform can certainly be tailored to advertise a chosen product or event and if you do have any other specific ideas please do get in touch and we can see how we can help!

How far will Altitude travel for an event?

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event.  However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Team Building Events are held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.  Please contact us for further information if this is something that you would be interested in.

Altitude Events are completely mobile.
