The now-iconic Xbox Kinect console has revolutionised the computer console market and they are now available to hire as a fantastic add on activity suitable for all ages. The Kinect that Altitude Events hire, come complete with 47″ screens (or 2m x 2m projection screens if preferred), external amp/speakers and attractive purpose-built stands with no straggly cables etc, these are professionally specified units with 5′ high mounted screens for the optimum game playing experience. We have a vast range of games for use on the Kinect’s during hire including many sports/party/winter sports games packages.
Our Xbox Kinect hire packages all include a member of staff to operate and oversee them on the rental as well as everything else that is needed to run a Kinect event including £10 million PLI and risk assessments.
Xbox Kinect is the perfect activity to hire for all Evening and Indoor events. A Kinect set up will entertain adults and children alike and our Kinect’s often attend Corporate Events, Christmas Parties, Charity Dinners, Evening Events, Schools and Colleges.
Altitude Events Xbox Kinect Hire service is available for events throughout the Southeast from its base on the Surrey/Sussex border and regularly attends events and venues in East Sussex, West Sussex, London, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and further afield.
Xbox Kinect hire will require a mains power supply and around 13’2″ x 16’5″ x 9’9″/4m x 5m x 3m of undercover space. All electrical equipment is PAT tested. There are no specific age restrictions to play the Kinect’s unless the games being played have any age ratings.

The Xbox Kinect Zone is suitable for Indoor events. Please see specifications tab for unit and space dimensions. The unit is large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated setup routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.
Yes, the Xbox Kinect Zone requires one mains power socket.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including screen, speakers, console, games, cables and operator.
Depending on the ease of access, the Xbox Kinect Zone will take our staff approximately an hour to set up.
Yes, our staff (CRB/DBS checked and 1st aid trained) will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member (staff are first aid trained and CRB/DBS checked). We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.
We will tailor-make each Xbox Kinect Zone hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Xbox Kinect Zone hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Xbox Kinect Zone attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
