My colleagues and I went on a Team Building Away Day with Altitude Events. I was not looking forward to it as sometimes these things can be a bit cheesy but we all had a fantastic time. As a team we competed against our colleagues on a variety of challenges. We learnt to trust each other and there was a real emphasis on communicating and listening within the team. It did break down barriers which was great. Ii am fairly new to the company and came away feeling more secure within the team.
